Small group weekly sessions, every youth is evaluated and given the best partners available. PWT will go find partners on an as needed basis. Concentration on technique, live situations, live drilling and strength training all in 1 hour sessions. A healthy life style along with daily exercise incorporated when interacting with the youth. Training sessions are by appointment only.
